Christmas appetizer "Christmas balls"

150 g curd cheese (Almatti)

100 g cheese

4 carrots

3 boiled eggs

2-3 garlic cloves

1 fresh cucumber

3 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

This Christmas snack will satisfy all guests and is perfect to decorate the Christmas table.

On a fine grater to grate the eggs and cheese to connect with cottage cheese, passed through the press garlic, finely chopped parsley, pepper and salt and mix until smooth.

To grate carrots, cucumber coarsely chop.

Place a slice of cucumber in weight, roll a small ball, roll the ball in carrots and so on.

Dish garnish with green onions, put on the balls, each in the centre pierced with a toothpick, make it rain or serpentine.

As a filling instead of cucumber suit olives, mushrooms, peppers or shrimp.
