This new year's eve appetizer will be a centerpiece of the new year table.

Preparation of white balls: RUB melted cheese on a grater, to connect with passed through the press garlic grated and boiled eggs, molded balls and breaded in grated hard cheese.

Cooking green balls: prepare as well as white, breaded in shredded greens.

Cooking brown balls: RUB cheese and combine with grated eggs and mayonnaise, breaded in flour and fry in deep fat.

Before serving Christmas buffet put the appetizer "Christmas wreath" in the form of a wreath, decorate with greens.
