This new year's eve appetizer is very simple to make and looks very festive and elegant. For the filling you can use any Christmas salad, if the filling is meat instead of red caviar, you can use pomegranate seeds or chopped Bulgarian pepper color.

Eggs to boil, grate or chop in a blender separately carrots, cabbage and beets.

Peeled boiled eggs to put in vegetable gruel: cabbage will paint them in blue, carrots in yellow, and beets in Burgundy.

After coloring, cut eggs in half crosswise, gently remove the yolk.

Mix the yolks with mashed tuna and chopped herbs, salt and pepper, stuff with the prepared stuffing eggs, fold the half in half and decorate with slices of red caviar.

Before serving Christmas appetizer "Christmas balls" is cooled for at least hours, spread on a dish and decorated.
