Christmas salad with caviar and champagne
150-200 g soft cream cheese
150 g sour cream
100 g red caviar
5 eggs
2-3 quail eggs
1 glass champagne
1 onions
5 Art. l. mayonnaise
greens
ground black pepper
salt
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add the onions to the champagne, put out, until it is completely evaporated on low heat for about 20 minutes, allow to cool.
Cut into small cubes eggs, add mayonnaise and mix.
Sour cream combine with soft cheese, add chopped herbs, pepper and salt.
Christmas put lettuce on platter layers of eggs, onions, curd, add a salad or a flat round shape to use for this special form.
Remove Christmas salad with caviar and champagne in the cold for 3-4 hours before serving, decorate the top New Year red caviar and greens, as well as half a quail egg. This New Year's salad can be made in batches.
