Caviar cake
1 glass champagne
5 hard boiled eggs
1 large onion
150-200 g soft cheese (I took "Creme Bonjour" with greens)
2 Art. l. butter
150 g sour cream
5 Art. l. mayonnaise
greens
salt and pepper
100 g red caviar
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until soft.
Add champagne.
Simmer over low heat, stirring, until complete evaporation of the liquid. I it took ~ 20 min.
Cool. Chopped eggs, mix with mayonnaise.
Separately, mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Add any herbs, finely chopped. I did not add unnecessarily cheese was originally greens. Salt and pepper to taste.
Next, lay out the layers. As I said, you can put one big cake, you can make portions. I made out of a plastic bottle and two rings, spread with them, a la carte dishes.
1) Layer eggs.
2) a layer of onions.
3) The layer of cheese curd.
Hide in the fridge for 3-4ch. I have them stand overnight. Before serving, top with caviar. Decorate as desired.
