Cake "Empire"
500 g puff pastry
100 g egg
250 g red caviar
250 g salted salmon
180 g jelly
300 g butter
Puff pastry roll out to a thickness of 4-4,5 mm and cut 4 more round shape, place on a pastry sheet, lightly greased, and soak for 15-20 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 220-250 �C. Cool.
For filling the hard-boiled yolks of eggs, RUB the butter into a homogeneous mass and lubricate it flaky crust. The mass of the solid layer spread thin sliced fish. Place the second cake, smeared with caviar cream (butter spread with caviar). So make the cake of 4 layers. On top lay a plate with a small load and put in the cold for several hours.
