Flat bread with minced chicken
300 g chicken
250 g flour

200 g cottage cheese
100 g butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder for the dough

vegetable oil for frying
Combine butter with cheese, egg, add sugar, baking powder, salt, add the flour, knead the dough, remove it for half an hour in the fridge.
Preparing the filling: chop the chicken, add sour cream, chopped parsley, salt and stir.
Chilled dough is cut into small pieces (working surface powdered with flour).
Hands to knead the pieces in bread dough, put in the center of the stuffing, then baseplate edge and shape of bead products.
Each ball with stuffing roll the cake.
