Onions and cabbage cleaned, cut into small pieces, fry gently in a pan with butter, add pre-cooked mushrooms and fry about 2-3 minutes, then add chopped boiled eggs, salt and mix well.

Beat the egg dough with sugar, add the yogurt, salt and baking soda, gradually add the flour so that the consistency of the dough was like curd.

On the work surface to pour 3-4 tablespoons flour, using a cloth dampened with water to spread a tablespoon of dough on a flour with a spoon breaded in flour, should get the ball.
