Pies with cabbage "Plcint" in Moldovan
500 ml boiled water
500 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
400 g cabbage
2 g ground black pepper
2 large onions
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. salt
Clear, finely chop the onion and cabbage, stir promyat their hands podsolit and pepper to taste, pour half of the vegetable oil and mix.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan solution of 0.5 liters of water, the remaining oil, half of the salt.
Pour the flour into a large bowl and pour boiling solution, quickly stir the dough with a spoon, then knead it on a powdery flour the work surface to the elastic state.
The dough should get soft.
Roll it roll, divided into 10 equal parts, each roll into a round cake in half to put the stuffing cakes - about 1 tbsp with slide, cover the second half of the dough, cut the edge of the plate.
Frying pan with vegetable oil to warm up, spread to 2 patties and fry them, reduce the heat, under cover until cooked on both sides for about 8-10 minutes.
