Yeast dough for pies, cakes, cheesecakes
8 glass flour

125 g butter or margarine
3 glass milk
4 eggs
1/2 glass sugar
2 tsp. salt
70 g yeast
In heated milk bred yeast with four cups of flour and a spoon of sugar. Zameshannuu thus put the dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes until the increase in the amount of 2-3 times until appears on the surface of the dough of fine bubbles. When the dough starts to just settle into it enter cooked eggs, remaining flour, sugar, salt and butter (preferably of such a consistency like thick cream). It all mix well until homogeneous and elastic mass.
Mix the dough should not stick to your hands and the Board on which it mix. After kneading the dough, put back in pan, cover tightly with a cloth and put in a warm place for 25-30 minutes, again knock on the Board and bet again on the rise, to increase in volume by 3-4 times. Only after that the dough is cutting for cakes, pies, etc.
