Pies custard on yeast dough
At stage 1:
1 glass boiling water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. flour

500 g flour
1 glass warm milk or water
50 g yeast (17,5 g dry)
Combine flour, sugar, salt and butter, pour boiling water, mix well, let the mixture cool.
stage 2: add the yeast to the warm mixture and a glass of warm milk or water to enter parts of the sifted flour.
Thoroughly knead the dough, cut it into balls, let them stand for 5 min, then make the dough pastries stuffed with any filling and fry them with 2 sides in vegetable oil.
Or pies can be baked in the oven.
The number of ingredients is obtained 25-30 pies.
