200 g margarine
2 h. l. 50 g of compressed yeast (. Dry)
550 g 3.5 cups of flour ()

1 glass milk

1 h. l. salt
Of cooked dough for this recipe you can prepare delicious cakes, buns or rolls, it does not require multiple proofing.
Yeast rub with salt, add the milk, sugar, softened margarine, then add flour, knead the dough.
The dough should have pliable and soft, the main thing - do not overdo it with the flour, the dough is better pripylit it before butchering.
Place the dough in a bowl and put into the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, then you can prepare cakes, muffins or buns.
