Buns in Armenian
For 10 muffins:
Opara:
250 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g warm water
5 g dry yeast
For the dough:
250 g flour
120 g condensed milk
100 g sugar
60 g butter
40 ml water
8 g salt
? h. l. crushed cardamom
Of flour, warm water and knead yeast brew, keep it warm by 2.5 hours.
Enter to brew the remaining ingredients for the dough, knead dough, leave it for an hour in the heat, then obmyat.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, leave for 10 minutes.
Beads formed from long strands, on a working surface, oiled, formed into bundles of rolls resembling a figure eight shape.
Put buns on a parchment lined with baking, leave for an hour proofing, then coat with beaten egg.
Bake muffins in Armenian in a preheated 210-220 degree oven for about 15 minutes, then allow to cool, putting rolls on its side.
