Simple buns "Nostalgia"
For the sponge:
250 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
75 ml milk
65 ml water
7 g fresh yeast
For the dough:
250 g flour
130 g sugar
75 g butter
70 ml water
65 g eggs
7 g fresh yeast
5 g salt
vanillin
Mix all the ingredients for the sponge (the milk must be warm), stir, cover and leave in a warm for 4 hours.
Test for water connected to the salt and sugar, to introduce liquid into the sponge together with vanillin, yeast, eggs, flour, dough, kneading after adding melted butter.
Leave the dough, covered, for 2 hours in the heat.
Divide the dough into equal pieces, molded round buns, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment at a distance of no more than 1 cm from each other, leave for an hour for proofing.
Coat with bread rolls before baking the remaining eggs, mixed with a little water or milk.
Bake simple buns "Nostalgia" 25-35 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven, allow to cool a single layer on the grid.
