Buns in Spanish
110 g butter

3.5 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
In addition:
60 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add 1 tsp sugar, leave for 10 minutes, wait until mixture is doubled in volume.
Mix the flour with the salt and sugar, pour the milk and melted butter, add the yeast and eggs, mix well.
Floured work surface, knead the dough is elastic.
Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover and leave for 3 hours and then split in half, each half twist in the sausage and cut into 8 pieces.
Roll out each piece rectangle, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and breadcrumbs, twist, again sprinkle with sugar and biscuits.
Put the buns on a sheet, greased, leave for half an hour.
Bake muffins in Spanish for 15 minutes in a preheated 140 degree oven.
