650-700 g flour

250 g milk
100 ml water
60 g Parmesan cheese
11 g dry yeast
1 egg
4 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. garlic powder
1 h. l. Italian seasoning
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. dried parsley
1 h. l. granulated onion
Mix half of the flour with the yeast, onion, garlic, salt and sugar, parsley and Italian spices.
Milk mixed with water, add half the butter and a bit of everything to warm up, then combine with the flour mixture weight, mix thoroughly.
Beat in egg weight, beaten with a mixer for 3 minutes, add half the grated cheese, then the remaining flour, the elastic arms knead the dough, cover and leave for 20 min.
Put the dough on a work surface, divided into 15 equal parts, are formed of balls.
Melt the remaining butter, dip it in the balls of dough, then breaded them in the remaining grated cheese and spread on a sheet, leave buns proofing for 15 minutes.
Bake muffins for dinner in Italian at 190 degrees about 25 minutes until golden hue, cool on a lattice.
