Dough �1:

100 ml warm water

5 g fresh yeast

sugar

In addition:

2 h. l. olive oil

flax seeds / sesame

Sift flour for both types of test in different capacity, add to each sugar and salt to taste, pour into a beet juice in the other - warm water, then add the yeast, mix the two types of dough, sprinkle the top with olive oil and leave for an hour in the heat .

Both knead dough separately, divided into six equal parts.

Put buns on parchment, with a sharp knife to make cuts, from under which will be visible red dough and leave for 30 minutes in the heat.
