480 g flour

60 ml milk
40 g butter
30 ml olive oil
12 g sugar
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons dry yeast
1 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoons oregano
Stir the flour with the sugar, yeast and salt, add olive oil and warm milk, knead the dough, cover it and leave for an hour in the heat.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts to form sausages 25 cm long and tie them in bundles.
