Simple cakes with beef
Dough:
1 kg flour

500 ml warm milk
100 g butter
100 ml olive oil
15 g yeast
1 egg
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Filling:
2 kg lean beef
500 g onions
200 ml beef broth
50 ml olive oil
4 carnations
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. dry garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
? tsp. chilli
? tsp. black pepper
salt
Optional:
1 egg
1 tbsp. sour cream
A piece of meat, rinse, fill with water, putting black pepper, cloves, Bay leaf and salt over moderate heat to cook the meat for 10 hours, or cook in a cast iron pot for about 5-6 hours, the water should boil very poorly.
Finely chop the onion, fry in a pan with olive oil.
The meat is cool, divide into fibres, mixed with onions (along with oil), pepper all the peppers, add the coriander, garlic, beef broth, and cumin, stir.
To test the yeast mixed with warm milk, sugar and salt, beat the egg, whisk and 15 to leave, then add gradually the flour, knead the dough, adding gradually melted butter and olive oil, knead the dough until smooth.
Put the dough in the bowl, cover and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Divide the dough into 32 equal parts, each roll in the centre lay the meat stuffing, molded buns.
Put simple cakes with beef covered with parchment baking sheet seam down, cover with a towel, for 30-40 minutes to leave.
Coat the cakes with whipped cream egg, bake in a preheated 190 � C oven for about half an hour.
