Onion cakes
40 ml vegetable oil
3 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 large onions
? glass warm water
2 h. l. dry yeast
? h. l. sugar
? h. l. salt
Peel onions, rub it on a grater.
Pour water to the onions, add the vegetable oil, sugar, yeast, salt, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
Enter gradually sifted flour, mix, knead the dough - it should not get sticky, soft.
Cover the dough with a towel in a warm leave for half an hour.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, each obmyat molded bun.
Knead the dough in each bun cake hands, chop with a fork.
Put tortillas on the grill, smeared with oil, sprinkle with herbs to taste.
Cook onion cake at 200 degrees in preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
