Cakes with ham, egg and onion (open)
For the dough:
250 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
150 ml water
7 g dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
salt
Filling:
150 g ham
4 eggs boiled
1 a bunch of green onions
1 the raw egg for greasing
Dough: sift flour, add salt, sugar, take the form of slides with a hollow in the centre, add the butter, chopped into small slices, pour in the deepening water, add the yeast, from the center to the sides knead the dough for about 12 minutes - it should be sticky, non-cryogenic, wrap film, leave on for half an hour in the heat.
RUB on a grater eggs and ham, finely chop the onion, join, mix well, salt.
Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll each into a small cake size, lay them on a lined paper baking sheet, the edges of the cakes to make high, i.e. in the centre should be deepening, cover cakes with a towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour.
In deepening the cakes, put the filling, brush them with beaten egg, cook the patties with ham, egg and onion (open) for about half an hour in a preheated 200 degree oven.
