Salad with beets, pear and cheese
100 g sheep/goat cheese
1 lemon (juice)
1 pear
1 beets
5 tbsp. olive oil
fresh mint/Basil
pepper
salt
Clean and slice the pear and beetroot into thin slices and mix.
For marinade with lemon, squeeze the juice, take the 3.5 tbsp, mix with olive oil, pepper and salt.
Drizzle the beets with pear dressing, put on a salad cheese, diced.
Before serving, arrange the salad with beets, pear and cheese fresh Basil or mint.
