Salad with pears and Gorgonzola
3 large ripe pears
0,5 juicy lemon
the leaves of green salad
4 tsp. seasoning of vinegar, olive oil and spices
300 g the Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Slice the pear into thin slices and dip in lemon juice so they do not darken. Lettuce combine with seasoning of vinegar, olive oil and spices, divide among the portions of the plates, top with a few slices of pear crumble the Gorgonzola.
