Salad with roasted pear and goat cheese
What you need:
1 pear, ripe but firm large
2 a mixture of lettuce - full handfuls
25 g butter
200 g the sheep cheese seasoned
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. walnut oil
lime juice of half a lime
salt - a pinch
black pepper freshly ground
Lettuce be laid in a large bowl. Cheese breaking small pieces. Pear, not peeled, cut into thin slices. Butter to soften to room temperature, with a brush to spread it over the pear slices on both sides.
Strongly heated pan from the grill, put the pear slices, fry for 30 seconds. from each side. Whisk together both oil and lime juice, pour the mixture into the bowl with the lettuce leaves, season with salt and pepper.
