Pies-East of Pogacha"
For the dough:
200 ml kefir

100 g butter
2,5-3 glass flour
1 egg white
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the filling:
250 g feta cheese
50 g parsley
1 egg yolk
RUB butter on a grater, mix with the flour, using your hands to RUB crumbs, salt.
Baking powder diluted in kefir, when reaction occurs, add the dough crumbs, egg whites, knead a soft dough, roll it into a bun, covered, for 20 minutes to leave.
Feta cheese crumble, chopped parsley, stir.
