Chicken in champagne
1 chicken (or chicken legs on the count of servings)
1 bottle of champagne
250 g heavy cream or sour cream
150 crushed almonds with herbs and garlic
50 g butter

This is a great New Year's dish that will appeal to all and perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
To cut the chicken into portions pieces, squeeze lemon juice on it and leave for 30 minutes, then fry in oil until golden brown, put in a pot, pour the champagne, put a low heat and cook until almost all the champagne has evaporated.
Sour cream combine with butter, put in another pan, heat, then add the crushed almonds with herbs and garlic, cook until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add cooked chicken to the sauce when the champagne will be quite a bit, leave for 30 minutes on low heat, make sure that the dish is not burnt.
Served New Year's dish "Chicken in champagne" with a side dish of rice or vegetables.
