Cocktail with peach, ginger and champagne
2 Peach
1 bottle pink champagne
2 tsp stem ginger
Put ginger (grated or very finely chopped or dried) in the bowl of a blender, add the sliced peaches arbitrarily, 2 tablespoons champagne, mix until uniform.
Pour the mixture into 12 glasses with ice, pour the champagne up to the top.
Make a cocktail with peach, ginger and champagne to taste and serve.
