Friedge with prawns
Ingredients:
200 g prawns cooked peeled
2 pcs. boiled eggs
1 pcs. cucumber
50 g green onion
1/2 glass sour cream
4 glass bread kvass�
Salt - to taste
Cucumber cut into strips, onion and chop rub with salt until the juice. Finely chop the eggs, whites and yolks separately.
Chilled sour cream mixed with chopped egg yolks, dilute kvas, add prepared onion, cucumber, egg whites, chopped into small pieces of shrimp, salt and mix.
When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
