Ural hash with fish
500 g lake fish
50 g green onions
6-8 heads radish
2-3 boiled potatoes
2 boiled eggs
4 glass kvass
? glass sauerkraut
2-3 Art. l. sour cream
1 h. l. prepared mustard
1 h. l. sugar

Boil the fish until cooked, the flesh is separated from the bone. Cut the flesh of the fish into small cubes.
Finely chop green onions and grind it with salt.
Sauerkraut well washed, finely chop.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Proteins dice.
Rub the yolks with the sugar, salt and mustard, stir the mixture with kvass.
Diced radish and boiled potatoes.
Connect all the prepared ingredients, pour kvass hodgepodge.
Add to Ural hodgepodge of fish sour cream.
Before serving, sprinkle with finely Ural hash chopped greens.
