Okroshka "Ural"
120 g sauerkraut
100 g green onions
80 g radish
20 g dill
3 tuber boiled potatoes
2 boiled eggs
2 cucumber
1 boiled carrots
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
mustard
salt
Dice potatoes, cucumbers, radishes and carrots, finely chopped cabbage.
RUB the egg yolks with the mustard and salt, finely chop the whites.
Combine all the prepared ingredients, pour kvass, add mustard, sugar, chopped dill, some sour cream, stir.
Served hash "Ural" with chopped green onions and sour cream.
