220 g pulp goose or chicken

10 heads radish

3 boiled potato tuber

2 boiled eggs

2 cucumber

4 glass kvass

4 Art. l. sour cream

1 Art. l. sugar

4 h. l. chopped parsley and dill

1 h. l. mustard

Cut into small cubes of potatoes, radishes and cucumbers.

Grind the egg yolks with salt and mustard, chopped proteins.

Bird cut into small pieces.

Connect prepared ingredients, pour hodgepodge kvas, add sugar, some sour cream and mix.

Before serving hash "country-style" sprinkled with chopped herbs.
