Hash with beef tongue and ham
250 g cucumbers
200 g pulp of boiled beef
160 g Leg
140 g boiled beef tongue
120 g green onions
100 g sour cream
100 g dill
20 g sugar
8 g prepared mustard
4 boiled eggs
1.2 l kvass
salt
Cut into small cubes and beef tongue.
Finely chop green onions and a third pound of salt.
Cut the ham and cucumber into small cubes.
