Hash "may" boiled beef
1 l kvass
400 g the pulp of boiled beef
100 g radish
2 glass green onions chopped
2 glass dill chopped
5 fresh cucumbers
5 eggs
horseradish
sugar
salt
Chop the boiled flesh of beef slices are small in size.
Cook hard boiled eggs, cooled and cleaned.
Slice the cucumbers and eggs small cubes, radish cut into small slices.
Connect the prepared ingredients with dill and onions, add to taste horseradish, sugar and salt, stir, pour hodgepodge kvass.
Served hash "may" boiled beef with sour cream and ice cubes.
