Okroshka with squid
200 g squid
50 g green onions
2 eggs
1 cucumber
boiled potatoes
4 glass bread kvass
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard ready
1 tsp. sugar
salt
Boil the squid in water with salt for 3-5 minutes under cold running tap water to clean, allow to cool, cut into small cubes.
Green chop onion and RUB with salt.
Slice the cucumber and potatoes, egg whites finely chopped, yolk combine the sugar, salt and mustard, dilute kvass.
Connect the prepared ingredients, stir the hash.
Before applying the hash with calamari sprinkled with fresh herbs, sour cream is added.
