Pears in wine (1)
Required products:
2 PCs pears
100 g dry red wine
3 tbsp. sugar
4 PCs carnation
4 tbsp. whipped cream
Pears, pour wine, sprinkle with sugar, add cloves and bake at 200 �C until the pears are soft.
When submitting pears lay on a dish, pour the strained syrup and place cream.
