What you need:

4 (Batch)

4 pears

750 ml dessert white wine

60 g liquid honey

10 grains of white pepper

1 clove

1 h. l. coriander seeds

0.5 vanilla pod

In a pan pour in the wine and honey. Add white pepper, coriander, cloves and vanilla. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. under gentle reflux. Pears clean, keeping the stalk. Boil for 15-20 minutes in syrup. on low heat. Pears remove, dry and put on a plate, cover with a damp cloth.

Syrup again bring to a boil and evaporate to one-third. Strain and cool. Pears lay in glasses or tall glasses, pour 4-5 Art. l. the cooled syrup. You can serve with biscuits.

To test the readiness of pears during cooking, pierce them with a needle - they should be soft inside.
