Pancakes "Pear" on compote
250 ml white wine
200 ml milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
100 g flour
4 pears
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
4 Art. l. canned lingonberry
2 Art. l. plates almonds
1-2 Art. l. honey
ghee
mint
Whisk the flour with the vanilla sugar, eggs, milk and salt and leave for half an hour.
Clear pears, cut the seed box, cut into slices.
Bring to a boil the wine, put pears, put out 5 minutes, add honey, let cool slightly.
Almond fry.
Prepare the dough 4 pancake, pears get from broth, combine cranberries.
Decoction boil down to a syrup.
Served pancakes "Pear" on watered syrup compote with cranberries, mint and pears, carnival with them all pleasantly surprised.
