Pears in Chocolate
For the preparation of (2 servings):
50 g Chocolate
3 a tablespoon of cream
2 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 canned pears
Chocolate coarsely chop and straighten a hot water bath, add cream, liqueur, cinnamon. Cream spreads on two plates. With pears give to drain the syrup, cut the fruit slices and spread on a chocolate cream. Decorate as desired with whipped cream.
