Stuffed with caviar, quail eggs
100 g red caviar
100 g Parmesan cheese
50 g mayonnaise
25 g cilantro
25 g arugula

Cook hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut each egg in half, separate the whites from the yolks. Mash with a fork yolks, combine with grated cheese, chopped cilantro and mayonnaise, mix well. On a flat dish to put the arugula, stuff half of the proteins prepared filling on top of each put the eggs, put the stuffed eggs on the arugula and serve the dish as an appetizer.
