Stuffed with caviar, quail eggs

100 g red caviar

100 g Parmesan cheese

50 g mayonnaise

25 g cilantro

25 g arugula

Cook hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut each egg in half, separate the whites from the yolks. Mash with a fork yolks, combine with grated cheese, chopped cilantro and mayonnaise, mix well.
