Eggs stuffed with herring and beets
100 g grated cheese
4-6 eggs
1 large sweet beets
1 denticle garlic
1 salted herring (fillet)

Rinse beets in the "uniform" bake in the oven until soft, wrapping foil, then let it cool down and clean.
Boil hard boiled eggs, peel them cool, then cut in half lengthwise, to get the egg yolks without damaging proteins.
Beet rubbed on a coarse grater, add to it grated cheese, egg yolks (on a fine grater), passed through a press garlic, mayonnaise and mix all until smooth.
Stuff the beet mixture halves of eggs, fish, cut into pieces a la carte, lay on top of the filling.
Drawn eggs stuffed with herring and beets, arugula, and sprinkle with chopped green onions, immediately move to a table in batches or on a large platter.
