Beet salad with herring

2 PCs pickles

2 PCs boiled potatoes

1 PCs carrots boiled

1/3 horseradish root

1 PCs the boiled egg

250 ml mayonnaise

Beets bake in the oven, let cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater.Herring, cucumbers, potatoes and carrots chop. Horseradish grate. All prepared foods mix, mayonnaise.

Put the salad in a salad bowl. Egg grate on a fine grater and sprinkle the salad.
