Salad with mushrooms and herring

1 Bank of mushrooms

1 large potatoes

1 herring

1 onion

1 large carrot

mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

Mushrooms (champignons) finely chopped saute with onions.

Potatoes and carrots boiled in their skins, then grate on a coarse grater.

Herring chopped.

1 layer - potatoes

mayonnaise

2 layer the mushrooms and onions

3 layer - herring

mayonnaise

4 layer carrot

mayonnaise

Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
