Snack rolls "Herring under a fur coat"
300 g potatoes
150 g beet
100 g net herring fillets
100 g carrots
30-40 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
30 g onions
2 eggs boiled
2 pen green onions
1 capers with garlic
Boil the vegetables in uniform, allow to cool, peel, RUB on a grater separately.
To separate egg whites from yolks, proteins RUB on a grater.
Half herring finely chop remaining cut into slices.
Small cubes chopped onion, pour over boiling water.
Beets, carrots and half of the chopped fish, as well as part grated proteins and egg yolks and onions and mix with mayonnaise.
Put the potatoes on the Mat for forming rolls, put the filling, molded roll, cut into 6 pieces and place rolls on top of the chopped slices of fish and grated eggs, capers and green onions.
