Beet salad in "Herring in a fur coat"

2 eggs

1 Herring

1 sour-sweet apple

1 beet

1 potato tuber

1 carrot

pickled onions in vinegar

mayonnaise

Vegetables and eggs to boil, bake beets can be wrapping foil.

Beets clean, make clean cut bottom for stability, made from beet salad form, with a spoon and taking out the middle leaving only the edges, coat the inside beets mayonnaise.
