Appetizer of stuffed with pate eggs
5 eggs boiled
1-2 walnut
3 tbsp. liver/meat pate
2 tbsp. sour cream
greens
salt
Clean the eggs, cut crosswise in half, remove the yolks, make slices on proteins for stability.
Stir the paste, sour cream, yolks of 3 eggs, add chopped or ground nuts, salt, stir.
Stuff the whites cooked mass, sprinkle with two eggs grated yolks.
Before serving appetizer of stuffed with pate eggs decorated with greens and cooled.
