Appetizer of eggs stuffed with tuna in pistachios
200 g tuna in olive oil
50 g cheese
30 g dill
6-8 eggs
1 head onions
pistachios
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Cook hard-boiled eggs, let them cool, peel and cut in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks, put them in a bowl.
With tuna drained almost all the oil, leaving just a little, add it to tuna with butter to the yolks, then add the chopped fennel, onion and grated on a fine grater cheese, mayonnaise, stir until smooth.
Roll out the mass balls, breaded in pistachio crumb, put in half of the eggs.
Before serving platter of eggs, stuffed with tuna in pistachios is cooled and is made to taste.
