Salad with meat and tuna
Required Products:
250 g pulp pork
180 g tuna canned in its own juice
3 pcs. boiled eggs
3 pcs. tomatoes
1 Art. l. capers
1 Art. l. lemon juice
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
100 g mayonnaise

2-3 lemon - slice
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Pork chop sticks, fry in 2 tbsp. tablespoon oil, salt, pepper and ohladite.Pomidory remove seeds, cut into strips. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and rub them on a coarse grater.
Tuna thoroughly mash together with filling, add the remaining oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mash until smooth.
In a salad bowl layers lay roast pork, tomato and egg whites, sprinkling each layer of greens and lubricating mass of tuna. Ready salad sprinkle with grated egg yolk and capers.
