Appetizer egg "Dragon"
5 eggs
5 tsp. red caviar
1 package Philadelphia cream cheese or almette
greens
Design by:
1 sweet red pepper
1 cucumber
black pepper
Eggs boiled hard-boiled, allow to cool and clean.
Finely chopped parsley.
Put the egg vertically into a stand for eggs, top cut off and remove yolks.
Stuff the protein of the eggs and the yolks, mash and mix with greens.
Add to the yolks with herbs cream cheese, stir, molded dragon's head and attach it to the egg with caviar.
Before serving Christmas buffet is issued appetizer egg "Dragon": the eyes to make cucumber and pepper, ears of cucumber, language, and scallops in red pepper, the nostrils of caviar.
