Salad with shrimp and green beans
800 g green beans
400 g peeled shrimp
250 g finely chopped onion
200 g tomatoes
8 tablespoons olive / vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sherry
parsley
salt
Beans are cleaned of veins, cut, boil until tender in salted water, then put in a colander, give way to cool down.
Shrimp boil for 2 minutes in salted water, clean.
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes.
Combine onion, chopped parsley, vinegar, salt, oil, tomato and onion in a salad bowl, mix.
