Salad with shrimp Mexican Cobb"
450 g shrimp
425 g boiled black beans
200 g lettuce leaves
150-200 g grated cheese
4 tomato
1 glass corn
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 Lyme juice (+ 1 tbsp)
2 tbsp. chopped red onion
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
red pepper
salt
Shrimp boil, peel and mix with 1 tbsp. of lime juice, red pepper and salt.
Beans, cilantro, corn mix, adding some salt, add the juice ? Lyme.
Layers put in a salad bowl: salad (pick by hand), maize with beans, cucumber (cut into arbitrarily), tomato (sliced), avocado (diced), grated cheese, shrimp, top, pour over salad and any sauce to taste.
Before serving the salad with shrimp Mexican "Cobb" mix.
